At Live in Life, every product is made to order with care. Because each piece is custom printed just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind. Please be sure to review sizing charts and product details before completing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered. Live in Life will gladly provide a free reprint or refund — no returns necessary.
To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- A clear photo showing the issue
- If multiple items are affected, a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame
You should have received an email with your purchase. It will give you directions on how to fix these issues.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, you can choose between:
- A reprint (additional shipping charges apply), or
- A partial refund
Print Placement & Quality
For DTG (direct-to-garment) items, please note there is a tolerance of up to 0.5″ in print placement. Slight variations like this are normal and not considered defects.
